Really fun.
Routines were explained slowly for us to understand before progressing onto harder moves. The Instructors were very enthusiastic, positive and encouraging. I am definitely going to be contacting Lovespin

Apprehensive to start with but made to feel at ease straight away.  Thoroughly enjoyed the course.  Fantastic fun and great exercise! Would highly recommend to all to keep fit or just for a giggle!!!!
