New pole studio photos

Well, I am now 39 weeks pregnant, and bloody knackered - but still I've been up since about 5.30am so I'm now updating the website!! During my 'nesting' phase I have found an old camera (after buying a new one!!) that we used to take photos when we bought our studio. So I've put these before photos up in the gallery page. I'm always interested to see how things looked before, and so I hope you enjoy having a nose at what we managed. The pole studio, in Mold, Flintshire was opened in March 2009 and I'm pleased to say it is going from strength to strength.

Pole Conditioning

Our new pole conditioning class went really well on Tuesday. Everyone was feeling it afterwards!! There's skipping, press ups, sit ups (on the pole if you can!!) and loads more, so it is perfect for getting you fit and toned for your pole dancing lessons. Held at the LoveSpin Studio, Mold, Flintshire, only 12 miles from Chester and 11 miles from Wrexham. Be sure to add this to your fitness regime!

I love pole dancing ! Its so much fun and a great work out ! I was quite worried because am not excatly small but its great and so addictive , the instructors are amazing and will help you through every move! Recommend anyone to join great fun !!!!

Lovespin is absolutely fantastic! The instructors really make you feel at ease right from teh very first lesson and they are extremely patient. Pole dancing is a great was to tone up and slim down and it never gets boring. No two lessons are the same and the dance routines are really good fun to learn. You get to meet a great bunch of girls and make friends along the way as well as performing in the shows and competitions!!It is VERY addictive!!!!!!!!!
