Busy saturday before christmas!

Today leah and I are off to tidy the storeroom and hoover the pole studio in Mold, then we are off to Liverpool for our last aerial silks class before christmas!

New Year courses!!

Book in for the new year level 1 pole dance courses starting on Monday 3rd Han, 8pm - 9pm in both the Mold and Holywell studios. Places already booking up!!

I love pole dancing ! Its so much fun and a great work out ! I was quite worried because am not excatly small but its great and so addictive , the instructors are amazing and will help you through every move! Recommend anyone to join great fun !!!!

Lovespin is absolutely fantastic! The instructors really make you feel at ease right from teh very first lesson and they are extremely patient. Pole dancing is a great was to tone up and slim down and it never gets boring. No two lessons are the same and the dance routines are really good fun to learn. You get to meet a great bunch of girls and make friends along the way as well as performing in the shows and competitions!!It is VERY addictive!!!!!!!!!
