W are pleased to offer a brand new class for dancers to improve their pole dancing. So many of our students were asking if there was anything they could to improve their muscles for pole dancing. So we have created a brand new Pole Conditioning Class. Pole Conditioning is perfect for any pole dancer at any level to improve the core muscles needed for pole dancing. It is basically circuit training for the pole! Any pole dancer wanting to improve their dancing, posture, fitness levels, body tone and flexibility will find this class a must have for your weekly fitness routine.
The classes will incorporate the poles without actually learning to pole dance.
The class will include toning exercises, stamina and endurance building and splits training to improve flexibility.
The Pole Conditioning class is held at our purpose built pole dancing studio in Mold, Flintshire, North Wales.
Open to students & non students
£3 per class
Starting on Tuesday 4th August 6 - 7pm
Spaces limited - no need to book but arrive early to avoid disapointment as only 10 spaces available
