These 2 hour workshops are perfect for any fitness level and guide you through two full burlesque routines. The burlesque lessons are held at the LoveSpin Pole Studio in Mold, Flintshire, North Wales

Lovespin is absolutely fantastic! The instructors really make you feel at ease right from teh very first lesson and they are extremely patient. Pole dancing is a great was to tone up and slim down and it never gets boring. No two lessons are the same and the dance routines are really good fun to learn. You get to meet a great bunch of girls and make friends along the way as well as performing in the shows and competitions!!It is VERY addictive!!!!!!!!!
